In a qualitative leap reflecting the active shift toward green building solutions and environmental innovation, Misr El Gedida has achieved an unprecedented milestone in the real estate sector following the crowning of its pioneering project, “Jadinah,” with the Gold Certificate of the Green Pyramid Rating System (GPRS). Thus, the project registers its name as the first sustainable residential community in Egypt to receive this exceptional accreditation.
This crowning announcement came during the events of “Harvesting Success Stories of Sustainable Urbanism in Egypt,” organized by the Housing and Building National Research Center (HBRC), under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities.

The “Jadinah” project is a fully integrated, mixed-use residential community spanning a massive area of 300 acres, which is being executed over three strategic phases. The project embodies the practical application of innovative urban solutions adopted by the company, anchored in the latest green design and building standards to minimize environmental impact and enhance the quality of life, in full compliance with the rigorous requirements of the Egyptian “Green Pyramid” system.
