In a move to alleviate working-capital constraints for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the United Arab Emirates, Network International has launched Network MAX. Unveiled in partnership with Mastercard, this pre-funded digital and physical card solution is designed exclusively for UAE-based sole proprietorships and single-owner LLCs to seamlessly blend payment acquisition with robust spend management.
For many growing businesses, waiting for point-of-sale (POS) settlements to clear can disrupt daily operations and supplier payments. Network MAX targets this friction point by offering instant and daily settlement options. Through the My Network Business App, merchants can automatically route their POS settlements directly onto their prepaid card. By default, settlements are split, with 20% instantly routed to the card for immediate use and 80% sent to a traditional bank account, though business owners can adjust this ratio at any time to match their working capital needs.
Operating as a cost-efficient, pre-funded companion without interest fees or minimum balance requirements, the card supports a maximum balance of AED 500,000 and up to AED 100,000 per transaction. It offers up to 0.5% cashback on eligible business expenses and can be used globally for in-store and online purchases, alongside ATM withdrawals of up to AED 1,000 per transaction and AED 10,000 monthly. The accompanying app provides single-pane visibility for tracking real-time expenses, viewing settlements, and fully controlling card settings.
Beyond immediate liquidity, this integration paves the way for cross-selling value-added services, seamlessly linking merchant accounts with remittances and POS-based lending platforms. Getting started is frictionless for existing customers; once standard KYC/KYB requirements are completed, merchants simply scan a QR code and download the app to begin utilizing their funds instantly.
