The Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Algeria (Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of Algeria) has announced progress in strengthening cooperation with Tunisia in the fields of postal services, telecommunications, and information and communication technologies (ICTs).
According to a press release, the Algerian Minister of Posts and Telecommunications, Sid Ali Zerrougui, led a sectoral delegation to Tunisia for the fourth session of the Algerian–Tunisian Joint Technical Commission on communications and ICT cooperation.
The meeting brought together officials from both countries to review and expand bilateral collaboration in key areas, including telecommunications infrastructure, spectrum management, postal services, entrepreneurship, and digital innovation.
Discussions concluded with agreement on several joint projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing connectivity, modernizing postal and telecom systems, and supporting innovation ecosystems between the two neighboring countries, reinforcing long-standing cooperation between Algeria and Tunisia.
