Hexnode, the enterprise software division of Mitsogo, has officially launched the Hexnode Context Layer, an intelligence architecture designed to drive Agentic AI capabilities in endpoint management. Integrated with Hexnode Genie AI, the conversational interface for IT administrators, this new layer translates natural-language inputs into actionable device management workflows.
Operating as an orchestration bridge between Genie AI and the broader Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform, the Context Layer leverages live fleet data to route conversational requests to specialized agents. These intelligent agents autonomously handle distinct categories of endpoint management, including device discovery and telemetry, identity lifecycles and group enrollments, policy drafting and deviation tracking, application repository oversight, and operational reporting.
Crucially, the platform ensures that any consequential actions remain strictly subject to administrator approval before execution, eliminating the need for manual navigation across various administrative menus. As organizations seek to reduce daily operational complexity, this integration represents a significant shift toward autonomous IT environments.
Apu Pavithran, CEO and Founder of Hexnode, emphasized that consolidating access decisions, compliance checks, and incident response onto a single intelligent platform allows admins to focus on acting on the fleet rather than managing disjointed tools. Looking ahead, Hexnode plans to expand this architectural framework across its XDR and IdP solutions to support highly coordinated workflows encompassing endpoint management, security, and identity.
