Kepler College has announced a new partnership with MTN Rwanda aimed at strengthening efforts to equip young people with the skills and leadership needed for the future workforce.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Dr. Emelyne Gasana Umunoza, Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic and Research Affairs at Kepler College, and MTN Rwanda CEO Monzer A., formalizing the collaboration between the two institutions.
According to the announcement, the partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing the next generation of problem-solvers who can contribute to Rwanda’s competitiveness both within the continent and globally.
Through this collaboration, both institutions aim to enhance education and skills development by bridging the gap between academic learning and industry needs. The initiative is expected to provide students with improved access to practical knowledge, leadership training, and opportunities aligned with Rwanda’s evolving digital and economic landscape.
Kepler College and MTN Rwanda emphasized that the partnership represents an investment in human capital development and innovation, supporting broader national goals of building a more skilled, competitive, and future-ready workforce.
